Mission: Season 2: Mission 1: Day after Day
Location: Cargo bay two & crew quarters
Timeline: September 4566

((This was just after Aidan AND Emily were both injured. Aidan from the grenade when he was saving Erin.))

  

Aidan laughed out loud at the joke.  "You're pretty and pretty awesome Emily. Don't sell yourself short. I never thought of myself a leg man, until I met you."

"To make sure I am understood, you BOTH look stunning."  Shall we invent a new three way dance step?"

 

"What she means is men from our time are scrubs... chauvinistic assholes who believed they were above and therefore better than women; that we existed to serve them or some bull. I like that everyone is just letting themselves loose though; it will make our relationship easier... Em you were my first girl... Come to think of it aside from the one time with Lumi... You are the only girl for me." Yuka said as she pulled her face towards her and kissed her.

 

"Equal time dammit....from both of you." He leaned down and picked them both up and walked to the dance floor. His back protested a bit, but only because he was still sore.

 

Emily returns the kiss but once Aidan puts her down on the dance floor, she pulls him down into a kiss himself.

 

Aidan's thoughts ran to the difference in their kissing. In an impulsive move, he placed one hand on her back and dips her while kissing her back hard.

When Yuka was set down she stepped away for a moment sitting in a nearby chair. "I got a sec to dance with Em... I wanna see what you two can do... okay?" "Let's go Em. Show me what ya got." Aidan offered

 

Emily couldn't help but blush as she stepped fully onto the dance floor and held out her hand with the inclination that Aidan lead them dance.

 

 

Aidan took the lead. He started out easy. He remembered Em saying she wasn't confident in her dancing, so he wanted to see what she had. He wanted this to be special.

 

Emily's right arm quickly went around Aidan's waist as she tried to move her legs in time with his movements and yet somehow while being unsure of herself-she was still able to be somewhat graceful. "H..how am I doing?" she asked, actually worried she was messing up badly.

 

"For a first time, stellar. Just relax." He moved one of her hands to his shoulder, keeping the other at his waist. You're doing splendid."

Over time, he noticed it got easier for Emily. Pulling her in close, he offered, "mostly, it variations of left, right, and about face."(edited)

 

Yuka took the drink Aidan had left and downed it herself while watching them. She had no intention of letting him come back to it. She watched as Emily seemed to gain more confidence in dancing and le them enjoy their time. Once the drink was gone she placed the empty glass on the table and continued to watch as she crossed her legs.

 

Emily couldn't help but blush powerfully as she got more used to it until finally she did a miss step and then made Aidan stop, her eyes closed tightly.

 

Aidan pulled her close, "I think that's enough for now." He took her hand leading her back to the table. Aidan saw the  now empty glass, the moment he wanted it had passed. He was thankful to the Creator for the people in his life. "Honey, we're home." He said to Yuka, leaning down and kissing her.(edited)

 

"Well... I think that you should take time with her... We had our moment and I think with kids on the horizon at least once individually should be the qouta... That way we get use to the sexual ties of each... After that... We do it together and only together..." Yuka said.

 

"Won't matter what I say, you two do what you want anyway." Aidan said, retrieving a coffee from the tray being offered, per his standing order.

 

"Okay; well you two go play." Yuka gets up kissing him another time and then Emily before she gets up and heads out of the room.

 

 

"Looks like it's just us." Aidan said to Em. Want to try something slower?"

 

Aidan took her hand. "She's in one of her moods. As much as she protests that she wants it all in the open, she keeps it more bottled up than I do." He stood up, encouraging her to come with him. "Something good should come of this night, so dance with me  and let us enjoy at least this. You do look stunning. "

 

Emily couldn't help but look a little bit nervously over at Yuka as she sat down for a moment to try and rub some of the pain out of her legs. "Alright..but please a little bit slower though, my legs are still recovering." she said as slowly stood up and joined him again...once more casting a questioning glance at their lover.

 

"You got it babe. I wanted some snuggle time anyway. Plus you aren't the only one who is sore." Aidan offered. He led her to the dance floor. Pulling her in close, her kissed her softly as the music led them through a slow dance. It was more like swaying back and forth, but it was still time together.

 

Emily nodded, inwardly she was still concerned about Yuka as the two started to dance again but more of a swaying kind of thing as Aidan leaned down and kissed her, she kissed him right back.

 

As they swayed, Aidan's mind was anything but calm, though he was enjoying being close to Emily. "So the other night. When you basically attacked, which was awesome, I should add. One time thing or is this something I should expect on a regular basis?" Aidan asked point blank.

 

Yuka had been kicked out of her office by Mizriki. Yuka prepared to go hide somewhere when the smoking girl’s hand grabbed her shoulder “ seriously your ass is going to pay me overtime for this... Little birdie doesn’t get to run away... come on... i’m not giving you a choice.” Erin said as she guided Yuka back to the Lift and down to the holodeck. “But—“ “ just shut up and be an adult for once... I have half a mind to shove my cigarette down your throat... Stop running... Your love life is like watching a bad episode of Friends.” Erin said blowing smoke in Yuka’s face on purpose. Erin then forces her in the direction of the door to the holodeck. “ now remember a little birdie... just tell them what you told me...” “I don’t... no...” “No means yes today little Captain...” Erin patted her shoulder “ it’s not that difficult... You want time with each and want to have a group... Say that... even if it doesn’t make a lot of sense... just say what you’re feeling... I mean in less you want me to put my cigarette out on your beautiful skin.” “That’s... evil” “ and you’re annoying” Erin pushes her towards the door as it automatically opens. “Good luck birdie... and don’t you worry I’ll be standing outside here so you don’t run away again.”

 

Yuka was thrust back in to the holodeck and just stood there fidgeting noticing the two were in a slow dance. She just stood there for a moment

Aidan was nuzzling Emily and waiting for a response. He wasn't paying attention to the doors.

 

"Maybe..it all depends on what mood I'm in." she teased him slightly as she reached up and gently caressed the right side of his face as her training heard the door to the room reopen as she caught sight of a familiar figure out of the corner of one eye. "It all depends."

 

"You're hooked. Admit it." he smiled widely as he pulled her closer into himself. Then he noticed where she was looking and turned to see Yuka again.

 

Yuka slowly approaches since she can’t leave. She looks away looking frustrated. She mumbles something inaudible



Aidan keeps Emily in one arm and snags Yuka with the other, slamming her into both of them a bit. "Get over here." he growled.

 

When he pulls her back into both of them she blushes and makes a bunch of noises it indicated a number of different things going on inside of her. She hasn’t said a word yet. She however finally speaks. “Um... I just... I need to-“ she looks down “I want us to be together and do things as a group but also like it when we each have moments alone with each other... I want permission to be able to do that... I thought it would make you both mad so I ran away... again. Erin Mizriki forced me to come back to tell you guys how I felt... she’s evil when she wants someone to do something... kept threatening to feed me or put out her cigarettes on me.” Yuka then made eye contact discontent for herself in her eyes.

 

Aidan wanted to facepalm. Instead he closed his eyes in thought for moment. Looking back at her hard, he offered, "You know the ONLY thing that makes me mad about everything you just said. When you said I ran away. Another meaningless bump you read way too much into and without talking to us, you decided to take the easy way out." He paused for effect. "Let me ask you a question.....would you care if I took Emily out somewhere without you?"(edited)

“ As long as we are all three still together; no... I want us to share... why do you think we had the whole baby discussion...”

“ if I wanted either of you literally all to myself without making compromises for the others that I wouldn’t of even ever entertained the idea of having that.”

 

"Good. So why would I care if you two do something together without me?" He asked the second part.

"I already know you well enough to know you aren't leaving me for her, do what you want as long as the destination is always back to me. Fair?" Aidan offered. "Well, us." he  corrected quickly.

 

“Em is that how you feel?” Yuka asked. Both of them could since both relief and worry within her.

 

Emily listened and watched the two of them but when she was asked the question, she nodded. "This is us, there has to be somethings that you and I can do together Yuka or Aidan and me but in the end when I go to bed, I expect it to be with the BOTH of you, no question." she stated firmly.

 

“ so like sex and having time together we can do it individually or together but at the end of the day it’s about the three of us... that’s what I want.” She started to let out a single tear. Yuka looked at Emily after taking in what Aidan had said. “What’s up... and I seriously wasn’t going to hit the girl I’m not that mean come on she’s already hurt.” Referring to Erin. “ I just think that if you two are not feeling well you probably shouldn’t be wondering about all that much.”

 

"You're not going to be left out either, Yuka. Now come here." Emily said in a reassuring tone, her eyes showing how serious she was.

 

Aidan asked hypothetically. "Was I not clear in that? " He squeezed them both again. "Don't make me carry you both to our quarters. You know I'll do it." Aidan said to both of them.

  

“I was saying you two should rest but... if you aren’t going to do that then I’m game for whatever... I just don’t want to have to drag you two somewhere is all cause I doubt me and two injured girls could Lift you Aidan-san... and my what’s up was to Em... All those questioning looks...” Yuka wasn’t going to stop them if they wanted to take her somewhere not now anyway.

Emily said as she reached over and gently slipped her fingers into the shorter girl's hair, enjoying how silky it felt before she pulled Yuka into a very tender kiss for a few seconds before breaking it to look into the half-Japanese girl's eyes and smiling. Aidan VXed the song from the lounge the other night on the planet. He kissed Emily, winked at her, and said. "Enjoy the show. " Taking Yuka by the hand they waited for the music to start.

 

Emily nodded and then returned the kiss that she was given before slowly walking over to the nearest chair and sitting down, her right leg was throbbing somewhat but it couldn't match the happy swelling of her heart as she watched on.

“ I wonder if when I’m40 I’ll look half as good as I do now... be one of those Asian actresses that at the age of 60 I still look like I’m 20...” she laughed at herself

“See Aidan she’s where I get my pervy from... I’m entirely innocent... who else would start listing off Asian actresses... such a dirty girl but that’s why we love her.” Yuka Replied trying to play the innocent card
