Mission: Season 2; Mission 2: It's Only Fun Until Someone Gets Hurt
Location: City-Ship; Command Center; Conference Room
Timeline: October 28th 4566; Early Evening

Remi arrived in the command center ad Godwhin nodded to the operations officer whom signaled that we have entered range of the planet. "Madam Captain we are now in orbit of the Aloris capital. So... Everything is ready and awaiting your orders... How did training with General Thornton go?" "It went well commmander... I will be taking my team down to the surface with me." "Sounds about right; one thing all your trinity young captains have in common... You don't follow the protocol fo sending your people down on missions; you go yourselves." "I am going down with my team; besides I have you, Jayce and Thorn to do all that admin princessly stuff... I gotta go be the combat leader I am... ride my horse into battle and all that.... anyway get team one to the briefing room for me." Godwhin nods and has the message sent to summon Team One.





Kyle wakes up and gets the message and sighs slapping himself in the face, “Crap, I missed training. Hope they don’t get on me for that.” He said to himself as he got up and cleaned himself off and made his way to the location to where he was summoned. Wearing sweats and a hoodie, alone with some sneakers. Not looking professional at all, more so just having a comfortable fit. On his back, sling over was his duffle bag full of his goodies. Weapons and books mainly.





Jack and Sarah were already there waiting, both being early risers, and with not much else to do.





Seleni receives the message and changes into combat gear before reporting in.





kirin stretches and rolls out of bed to notice he has a message saying meet in the briefing room. Kirin picks him self up off the floor heads to the showers gets clean and gets prepared for whats to come.





Aidan walks in the briefing room. He liked being the early. Ayasha had cleaned up in Medical and prepped for the meeting. (edited)

Thorn tapped out the young officer at the sensor station and cracked her knuckles, looking over the board. She quickly focused high resolution optical cameras on the area of Team One's supposed landing site (If Remi didn't change it), and started bombarding the area with sensors, reading the echo signals back with the practiced ease of one who'd spend much of her life behind a similar, if differently configured panel. Hey, Remi, I'm sending your landing site's sensor report to you, now. Lots of good data.







Remi walked in the room from her new office; it use to be Yuka's office directly next tot he briefing room. It was a pretty nice office and had an office area outside of it for her assistant's security and its own locker room for her and her staff to prepare. When Remi entered she saw Jack, Sarah and Aidan. She laughed. "You three just can't get enough of me can you..." She teased. She had transformed her clothes into a modified version of the uniform the ODM used for Trinity; it was a black uniform that went pretty well with her hair and lacked the cape. As epic as it was it really caused an issue with her gems and sword. Mimi Sorinson; the fiery redhead from the Alchemy Commission entered. She didn't have her customary skateboard with her and was in one of the AC's blue uniforms. She took a seat without speaking. Remi then calls Thorn to the briefing room to introduce her to the team who didn't know of her new role.



Thorn is currently down in the sensor bay, hijacking the main array. Grab me a hologram and I'll think about it. Thorn's VX came through as a public broadcast.



Kyle due to a system malfunction in his VX is transported via emergency mode to the planets surface in some random place.



Remi and Mimi stare at the disappearing man. "What the..." Tessa walks in. "He is fine; he just is taking a quick nap on the Aloris hot springs."







Remi tilts her head. "I... don't realy understand you guys."



Thorn took a sip of her pilfered coffee, noting that it didn't quite make her lips tingle and nose sting like before. Looking up at the now thoroughly annoyed sensor tech, she turned and put her leg up on the arm of the seat, absently double checking her own sensor work. "Don't worry, bud. I'm orbital support for ground team one, and you've earned yourself an early lunch. Have a nice break, dude. I'll have your work ready to go for your CO before you get here in the morning."







Godwhin comes up clearing his throat. "Actually... Mr. Edwards take your position. Ms. Ironhart seems to not understand that her Captain has requested her presence. "

He turns her chair around.





Aidan pours himself a large coffee. Waiting for the rest of the team to arrive. Ayasha arrives, mostly polished. He walked up and hugged, then straightened a few items on her unifor,







"I believe you should; and pardon the french... move your ass." the fifty something old man commander said to Thorn.







kirin opens the door slightly to look in carefully slides in closes the door and purs softly (edited)







"What? That's not French, mon ami. But I'll move." Thorn smirked, sliding out of the chair with a sultry saunter to hand the man his coffee. "Don't have too much fun without me, boys?"



Godwhin crosses his arms when Thorn does not leave. "Seriously... all you civilian contractors and your believing... he sighs Listen you are on a warship in the middle of a war behind enemy lines... Do you know what that means; it means contribute, do what is expected of you and FOLLOW ORDERS or we will happily give you and your ship a permanent location to live on; as in dropping you on th enearst unaligned M-class planet..."



Remi meanwhile shrugs. "Strange things happen the more people live here... Anyway is everyone here... Nope..." Remi takes a seat at the center of the table as Mimi just looks at each of the people in the room whom will now be part of her team. "So who are we missing then Captain?" Mimi asked. "My assistant who is also our mission controller and that should do it..." (edited)





Ayasha sat wide eyed and attentive.





scott is working on setting up the fleet command override code system that will be parcelled to only a few people



Thorn crossed her arms in return. "While I do understand your point, Commander, I'm technically the mission support controller for the mission being planned in the next room. I am on call with them at the moment. I simply require time to calibrate sensors and equipment. I am not needed for the mission planning phase."



Aidan tapped his combadge. More for effect as he could easily use the VX. "Miss Thorn. This is General Thornton. I think you misunderstand the point of a direct order. This isn't a benevolent dictatorship. You will report, at once, to the briefing room." (edited)



The briefing soon ends with Remi just sending her team all the details over VX cause everyone was pissing her off.
