Mission:
Season 2: Mission 1: Day after Day
Location: Melbourne IX; Governor's Mansion
Timeline: October 15th 4566 Morning
Remi was waiting in the locker room in her tactical gear. It took time to fit it as apparently someone in procurement didn't quite realize her chest was not HUGE unlike some of the girls on the ship. She managed though. From the pre-deployment document she would be provided with a battlesuit; as would each of those in her team. A last minute change to the medical officer assigned was done by operations electing to assign a medical officer to the team. Charlie Levittson would also be joining them to provide tactical support on the ground. They would be coordinating with the SPU team on the ground and planning the actual response upon arrival on the surface. Remi loaded her sidearm, a gem and a sword with a blue gem in it Ned left for her in her locker. SHe had only used a sword back home; so it had been years but apparently in Delta Force even though no one ever used them they were standard issue; just like a tactical suit, VX and service pistol. Remi then grabbed her bag with her gear in it and headed out to the shuttlebay. The launch crew had finished preparations a long while before as even with Kessler inside the shuttle he still had nothing to do; jsut waiting until the prescribed time. There was a bit more activity in the bay through preparing their fighter escort.
Two powered suits had also been loaded into the shuttle.
Two more were in a rather odd looking forklift type thing being placed inside.
She avoids the forklift
Charlie begins his breathing exercises to clear his mind in preparation of battle.
BY this time also the Security Officer who took Scott to his quarters brought him here.
Ayasha walks in, a pair of modular power suit cases in hand. She was wearing BDU's and duty sneakers since she was going to have to change anyway. She didn't know anyone on board except her dad and Yuka.
Kessler sat in the pilot's seat with a smile, feeling good about the mission.
"Wait... there are people my age on this ship..." Remi blurted out unceremoniously.

Scott wonders if he should order a few cecis to blockade the planet unless authorized to leave
"I'm Ensign Thornton. I'll be your Medical team member for this mission." She offered and she checked the label and pulled her power armor to one side. She stripped down to her t-shirt, shorts, and socks. Taking out the armor, she started to put it together.
"Sumire Rembrant... I'm from information security and apparently I am in charge..." She greeted Aeysha.
Kessler waved from the front without turning around, "Kessler Ryzka, Shadow Marshal."
Scott decides to send orders for 400 of the onyx's cecis to blockade the planet and bombard the area the team is after getting them out if things go poorly
Charlie was unable to clear his mind and requests Ceci to poof him near Scotty. Poof
Ayasha was soon outfitted in the scout armor. Lighter than the Marine version, it was quicker and smaller.
A security officer comes along with Drass and Seleni. The three sit in the quarters area of the shuttle. The flight crew signals that everyone is on board and finishes final preparations. It was just Remi and Aeysha in the seating area in the front; the cockpit was in the same area though and no door separated them so Kessler could talk to and hear the girls from where he was. Scott and Charlie poof spontaniously into the shuttle crew area.
After final checks the fighters inform command that they are ready as well. The flight deck asks for final confirmation from Kessler that they are ready to depart.
scott is just randomly planning a new gun for charlie....a dominator
"This is Specter 1 to control, all systems are green and ready for departure. Lift off on your light.", Kessler says as he powers up the engines and readies for the green light.(edited)
Remi realizes she should have not put on full tactical gear as she shrugs and pulls one of the outer suits from her bag and seemingly follows Aeysha's lead undressing down to her underclothes; some shorts and a tank then putting on the underarmor.
"What you thinking Scott?"
Helmet in hand she leans towards Remi. "I watched my dad put that armor on 1000 times. When I asked him, he said that less clothing boosts response time and less to get in the way."
"Well if you are wearing swat body armor... I would imagine it screws with mobility... I guess I just didn't think..." She said to her in response as she was putting the undersuit on.
basically a toy for you but maybe a gun that can read people and can have lethal or non lethal modes
"Let's do non lethal and encourage them to be lead in the direction they want to go. Now please won't you join me?" Charlie once again practices breathing and encourages Scott to join him.
After getting confirmation the deckmaster activates the cycle. An alarm goes off. "All fight personnel clear the bay, decompression and flight operations are in progress... Repeat all personnel clear the flight deck." The bay depressurizes and the forcefield turns off to allow them to leave. Their four escort fighters launch first and get into a defensive formation.
Remi finished putting on her outer armor and put the tactical gear in her bag all except the sword, gem and gun. "So I imagine your dad like wanted to murder you when he heard you wanted to join Delta Force?" She asked Aeysha.(edited)
"Actually. Mom wanted to murder him for infecting me what she called an unjustified honor to serve." Ayasha said with a chuckle. "Dad was actually very proud."
Charlie unable to clear his mind once again remembers to ask "Scott, have you devised a way to detect the parasite? (Assuming we're all here.)(edited)
Kessler eases the shuttle out of the bay, following at the center of the escort.
"Spectre 1 is clear of the bay, beginning steady acceleration at course 25 degrees horizontal and -56 degrees vertical.", He said as he adjusted course towards their destination.
"Hum... So... with the war they just fasttracked you then to being out in the field like they did me... They only wanted me to be on here ever so often... but full war footing... Anybody who can hold a gun and has any training is immediately sent out... Huh..." Remi said to Ayasha as she thought about all that had happened recently.
The fighters begin escorting the tiny ship to the Melbourne system. It will take until morning.
Talking to Remi, "True. Cannon fodder. The eternal struggle of the less fortunate."
"The struggle... Yeah... sounds like a daily page in my life... but I shouldn't talk about my problems... You just saw your home explode... I'd imagine that makes you want to right doesn't it?" remi asked Ayasha.
Kessler sat at the helm adjusting setting and systems as need, watching their course as he monitored flight progress. This was going to be a long flight, but he was happy to be at the helm of a ship again.
Ayasha's head hung a bit. "It makes me want to stick a knife in whoever caused this....heal them, and repeat it for a few decades."
Meanwhile as the two conversed time passes and the group eventually arrives at the gate and then soon after were traveling tot he Melbourne system. A few hours pass. (We can just do our personal conversations later since there are a few small rooms on this little ship and it has space; people can just 1x1 stuff in here; that way we can move)
The shuttle and fighters soon arrive in orbit. Once the ship makes orbital entry the fighters just maintain a defensive orbit. The shuttle soon arrives at the Governor's Mansion; this planet was in the middle of nowhere. Even the planet itself was increasingly more rural. It was interesting to note how few people actually lived here. The shuttle approaches the landing zone made for it by the police.
Kessler settled the craft into a hover over the LZ before gently touching down, the landing gear thumping softly at contact. "Spectre 1 has made touch down. Airlocks are green for departure. Thank you for flying air Ryzka.", Kessler finished with a joke.
Remi baps him on the back of the head. "This isn't an airliner..."
"They laid out the welcoming committe, red carpet and all" Seleni says as she enters the cockpit and sees the situation around the governor's mansion.
"Just lightening the mood."
*Charlie prepares to walk out of the cabin and commends Kessler for the light joke saying. "It's always refreshing to have funny pilot. They're usually the cool ones when things get heavy."
Kessler gave Charlie a grin, "That's usually the job of a captain. You guys are in good hands. Good luck out there."
Ayasha thanks Kessler before heading towards the exit with the team.
Remi follows Ayasha.
She grabbed her bag though before heading out tothe lounge.
Seleni lets the two pass and says, " Well I guess this is our stop, I would say wish us luck but the best operators make their own luck." And with a wave, Seleni follows the two girls out the shuttle.(edited)
As the group exits the shuttle Mina is standing there with one of her officers and the intelligence officer from before. "I'm Captain Ariel Wilheimina with Planetary Security's 12th Response Team.. We were called to this hostage situation only to find out there is a lot more going on than we can handle. I will not bore you with the non-relevant details... There are some powerful enemies in there and they keep murdering civilians any time we even look at them. Intel thinks there is more going on in there than meets the eye and that something is off with the governor. My men and I will coordinate tactical entry with you guys and we will secure the hostages and that object making the fucking loud noise inside there that happens ever so often..."
Charlie walks up to the man and says "Okay take me to you have setup shop and let's get started on making a plan."
Remi comes up to her "I'm Sumire rembrant the team leader here... We have Lt. Commander Levitson here who is our tactics specialist." She said

Ayasha spoke up. "If these guys are part of the bugs, human llife is meaningless. Get in, save who we can and capture that parasite for study."
"Why do you think we called in the big guns; normal swat response can't handle this..." The Intel officer said.
Mina took no offense to his statement as it was true.
Ayasha thought to herself, should have sent in the Marines, not the second string newbies.
Mina noticed the age of all those here but made no comment.
"Well, do we know how many are in the building and where?" Seleni asks.
They all looked younger than her
excpet Charlie and Scott
"Would you mind telling me what we know about these parasites?" *Charlie says asking the intel officer or Sumire.(edited)
Harmon comes over and calls Ramirez over "Hey man; look at our reinforcements... They look better than your moms ey padre..." He laughed as Mina glared at the two cops as they made their approach.
Remi ignored them moving toward the command truck that was the base of operations. However while moving away ice came out of her pocket and flew into his chest; it was just a small prick.

Ayasha piped up. "I have to agree with the Commander. Any information on the parasite could mean the difference between success and failure."
The cops and intel seemd to know nothing about this "parasite")
"Haha, looks like that mouth got the better of you.", Ramirez chuckles.
"How can I and dumbass here, help you?"
"I'm not convinced we're going to get a lot of information. I recommend non lethal weapon for capturing the governor in case he was taking by the parasite. And fire weapons for the rest. We don't want an outbreak leading to an epidemic." Charlie says aloud.
"parasite?" Mina asks
"Woah what's this about parasites? Gringo I think we signed up for the wrong department.", Ramirez whispers to Harmon.
Hamon shrugs "might be some codename for some bitch... or his beaner friend..." He said ripping on Ramirez
Remi tilts her head. "Do you both want to become icicles?"(edited)
"I need you to setup a perimeter around this whole building. Don't let anyone leave or enter. Can you do that for me?"
Mina shrugged "You must not have faith in us... already done..."
Ramirez looked at Charlie with a frown, "What does it look like we've been doing genius."
Remi sighs
Hamon is about to make another comment Remi glares "Look... policemen... how about you let us professional soldiers do our damn jobs... Let the Lt. Commander do his and shut the fuck up... Okay?"
Hamon shuts up.
Ayasha commented. "Stop wasting time. Let's do this since we have all the information we are going to get. There isn't any live feed or internals sensors inside?" she asked.
"Then let us do ours. We've already got 3 city block wide blockade around the place.", Ramirez explains.
"I'm sure living in the backwoods has made you inept... so just listen to the actual adults." Remi replied to Hamon, Ramirez and the other local cops in the room.
"Huh." Seleni is just stunned at how easily Remi just collars the entire police force.
"Meanwhile, the hostages are still hostages. We need to go." Ayasha said,
"Then why are you standing around talking to us princess. People are dying and last I checked your half our age, I didn't know toddlers were professionals now."
Mina looks over at Charlie "In short we have your blockade... it was here when you got here... stop being smug like your core worlders always are and continue with your briefing."
"If we go in now without any proper planning alot of innocents are going to die," Seleni says to Ayasha.
"We need to make sure that none of these "entities" escape. I recommend something that can disintegrate bodies."(edited)
"I'm not from a core planet thank you very much..." Remi replied "But... Less body bags would be good so charlie..." Once he said that. "Yeah; the Ceci bots which Scott already sent..."
She added. Mina looked confused as a bunch of Ceci drones were now flying above the mansion. "Those..." Remi said.
"Good, then everyone know's their objectives. Find and rescue the hostages and the Governor. What's the safest route into the building where the hostages are? Are there any windows where we can get access from?"(edited)
Homon says while looking at a map. "This door is death, that window they toss bodies out of... the back door is sealled..."
"Who are they? People or the so called entities?"
Seleni shoots Charlie a glance, " Do we even have the blueprints to this building? Knowing where all the exits and entrances are will give us a better advantage."
"Good idea. Just remember all plans will fall apart."
"one of em runs around in armor of some kind... we honeslty dont know how many there are... and the best way to enter would be the basement... There is a supply door."
Hamon replies
"You could have mentioned that ot us." Mina said ot him as she just shrugged. "It slipped my mind babe..."
he said tryong ot hit on her.
"We might lose transporter lock on you in there so I think we should send you all down with individual transporter enhancing bracelets."
Ramirez whaps Harmon on the back of the head, "stay focused, not time to think with your other head."
"We'll enter through the basement and once you clear a path through to the hostages we'll beam you all out."
"Why are they even in here?" Remi asked.
"We don't need to kill all of them."
"Once you guys are clear we can send in our androids to take care of the rest."
"Sounds good? Any questions, thoughts or concerns?"
"Wait....if we can beam all the hostages out...." Seleni says. "Why not beam out everyone and eliminate the guards?"

Remi clears her throat "Hi; I'm just a kid but you do know... she and her people are actual army right... if it were possible they would have already done it... eh?" Remi said coldly. Mina shrugs.
"If it wre that easy they would not have called us..."
"Oh idea, I'm also going to equip you guys with some form of heat sensor. Who wants it? It'll allow you guys to hopefully detect enemies and the hostages."

Remi leaves to go get her battlesuit ready
"I've never seen anyone use them yet.."
"good then. Time to get to work"
Remi opens the rather large battle chassis of sorts which has another suit inside of it. She puts this on and then gets into the large almost mechlike armor chassis. Its head lowers over hers creating a protective armor as the rest comes over her body. (its almsot like an ironman suit bu tlike thousands of years more advanced)
"So who's heading out to the basement? We should get moving."
"Finally" Ayasha comments.
Remi after doing a system check on her suit steps off the supports and grabs a rather large gun. Her sword as alwso already attached in a holster to the powered armor.
Meanehilw Mina prepares her swat guys ot enter.
"I think Scott might have something for you."
"This is for the "Entities" Keep your shotgun for when you're near the hostages. Unless you can use it to take one of those things out."

Ayasha activates the taser function to her hand armor.
scott sends ceci to get battle suits and BIG guns for everyone that needs them and then goes back to trying to destroy the universe in the theoretical sense in the sommand post...since hes no combat person
Seleni seeing Remi get into her battlesuit, follows suit and makes final checks to her weapons and gear.
"Okay don't worry about it then. Use your regular gun."
random guard also gets into one of the othr rather large power armor suits.

Ramirez mounts the power armor, and seals it up before picking his shotgun back up.
The four armors are powered and ready for battle. remi leads the group to the door. (Secure the entry point)
Mina and her team are already there.
after ceci comes back he tells her to help charlie kill enemies and get him any "reasonable weapon" he needs if he asks for it
Ayash readies her taser and service pistol.
Mina sets a silent blow system on the door and over VX sends to all units. "Entry teams prepare to sweep and clear."
She sets the charge to activate and begins to count. (You guard the door once they enter; youve asid before you guy is not spec ops)
"Here use this." Charlie hands the disintegrator to Seleni.(edited)
"Oh, a toy...This is gunna be fun," Seleni says happily.
"three... two... one..." The charge puts an explosive soundless force into the hinges of the door and opens it without a sound. "All units activate active camo.". The swat team disappears. Remi does the same with her powerarmro
Seleni does the same and is the first to enter, checking corners and blind spots as she leads through the first room.
There doesnt seem to be anything on this level however everyone feels an odd sensation as soon as they enter the building
Charlie says to Seleni via comms "I want you to tell me what you see in there so I know what's happening. I'll also be using scanners from our ships above to see what's going on."
There is no one in the basement at all. The level was simple to clear; something feels even more strange about this place. It is too quiet here."

"Doesn't this thing have a video feed you can use?" Seleni asks Charlie as she sweeps the room of any hostiles.
Ayasha activates a tricorder mode in her suit and starts scanning.
"Something odd's happening it's a little fuzzy."
"I really have a bad feeling about this," Seleni mutters quietly.
The team moves up to the main level and finds blood splatter all over the walls.
A voice comes over the PA "Turn back foolish scum."
Mina and her team ignore the warning and move forward. (16) (17-5; 13). One of her men flies up into the air and smashes intot he ceiling where spikes or at least what looked like spikes were; those should not have been there.
The man is impaled by spikes and killed. She calmly sends a notice back to command that an officer is down however no attacker can be seen.
"What the hell?" Seleni says, stunned as the guy gets impaled.
Ramirez looks up then looks back ignoring it.
All scanners after that happened are now unable to pass into the building.(edited)
Charlie says over comms to Seleni "What's going on? We just lost all sensor resolution into the building."
"Foolishness..." Is heard over the PA
"Call in the fucking Cavalry Sir. " Ayasha comments.
As she said that she noticed it did not go through.
There was also no response to Charlies communication.
It seems comms also stopped working
One of the technicans in the command truck says "Sir it seems like all signals are being bounced back at us."
"They know we're here now. I'm guessing all we have now is speed and little time to do this." Seleni says.
Charlie says to a technician "Work on getting communications through. However possible."
Charlie says "Someone get me a really large speaker and point it at the door!"
As one of the cops goes up to th eopen door aiming a meaphone at it he falls over and start rolling on the ground; it seems he htinks he is on fire. THe door then closes itself.
Charlie gets an android to setup the microphone.
Ayasha changes the mag of her service pistol to +p+ ammunition
The door cannot be opened anymore. The ceci that went to do this says it seems some unexplained possibly magical force as sealed the door
"Well this hallway is a bust. Can we go through the walls?" Seleni asks.
remi attempts to plow through a wall.
The wall does not break.
It does still seem like its possible though.
Ayasha starts to reconfigure a tricorder to emit a sonic shriek. set at 145 decibels, anyone with hearing not in a power armor suit would start having problems. "I have an idea." She set the tricorder to emit the noise.
No one of our team is hurt. Mina hears a little ringing. A few of the enemies start to seemingly have hearing problems. only one of the hostages escapes without permanent hearing loss.
The group moves forward. it seemed the trap was only meant for one person. As they move they eventually encounter a set of strings that are easily seen by the powered suits.
Seleni halts the group and throws a small knife into the strings.
A hole opens up in the gorund whre someone who would disarm it would stand.
Charlie says "Does anyone here have any gems?"
It seesm that trap was meant to kill anyone who tried to cut them.
The hole then closes itself
"Well we have these walking tank suits, why not through the ceiling?", Ramirez suggests.
The cops with Charlie seem to not have any gem specialists. Remi heard the cop make the suggestion. "What is someone is above us?"
"We take the floor out from under them. Their stunned and we're not.", He answers.
Remi targetst he ceiling.
She hits a metal plate.
"Well... anyone else want tot ry?"
Ramirez slings his weapon and prepares to jump off the wall to hit the ceiling.
"if you can, try to attach a breaching charge?" Seleni says, as she tosses another knife to make sure the trap doesn't activate again.
He goes for it makes a go of it.
Charlie thinks again and says "Ceci can you make a psyonic dampening field around the building?"
"Does anyone have one, because that would be better then my fist."
As the Ceci's attempt to use a field around the building the enemy is directed backwards and fires out in a direction hiting
One o fthe police transports blowing it up.
He punches himself
He tries again
Charlie says to Ceci "Ceci play soothing Jazz music to help me think."
The wall is too strong
As the group is screwing with the wall a laughter is heard. "Foolishness"
"Alright someone hand me a breach charge."(edited)
"This is taking too long." Seleni growls and fires the Disintergrator at the ceiling.
Seleni fires again at the ceiling.

As they continue one of the swat guys calls everyones attention to something. "Guys..." When the group looks over they see red slits staring at them under a black cloak that is about as tall as one of hte powered suits. "You will burn." The large being says.

The figure just nonchelantly avoide them like Neo in the Matrix.
"The fuck?"
Another swat guy fires and his pullets are stopped in the air.
"Stop such foolishness." The being says

"Where's a damned phaser when you need it." Remembering that her dad always kept one nearby, she pulls out a cricket phaser. Setting it to level 8, she is frightened by the being, recovers and fires.
The enemy is hit but it does nothing.
It seems to hit an armro
Ramirez fires a again
Seleni fires the Disintergrator at the being.
He aviods the cop again
Seleni hits blowing off literally a pleace fo armor
as the being grunts at them
and pulls out what looks like a cannon which is a replacemnt for one of his hands
he fires
at the group with an AOE cannon
"Huh. Whaddya know. This----" Seleni is cut off as the being literally pulls out a cannon.
It misses Remi, Ayasha, Seleni and hits, everyone else... it lierally rips a cop in half
"fuck this. She sets the phaser to overload. Triggering the speaker in her armor, "Lets go up together you motherfucker. How brave are you?" It starts to climb in pitch.

Ramirez charges in his armor to tackle the figure.
The man smiles as the other run at him. Before they can run back he actually explodes

Seleni; her armor is totaled and she is thrown into a wall
the floor is destroyed preventing travel in that direction.
The swat team members though injured pull Seleni down and bring her to Ayasha for treatment.
One of the cops advises they retreat.
Remi activates her blue gem
Seleni can at least walk now
her suit is totaled though
Ramirez grabs a breach charge and slaps it to the ceiling before stepping back.
The ceiling loses structual integrety and blows open however due to where they are standin g the buildings supports in that section star tot give way
"I know I'll call scotty!" *Charlie says with exuberance!
Charlie sends a VX to Scott and says "Hey I need some gem guns!" ( @Scotties )
The building will collapse soon.
Seleni manages to ditch the armor and seeing the structure start to give way, picks up her sword and gun and runs to the nearest wall.
Remi and the other sfollow her
charlie that may be a bad idea
but screw logic scott poofs to need and asks for a few gem guns...
Only four hostages manage to avoid falling rubble
"Aww We need to break through this barrier! We can do it either with force or try to use aikido and go with the flow. And I'm not sure which way this field flows!" Charlie replies to Scott.
Remi stares up as the rest of the building starts to collapse and then suddenly...
Everyone is back at the stairs going up the stairs "... Foolishness."
Remi looks up and sees the spikes that killed one of their swat guys up thre. "Um... guys?" Remi asks the group confused.
Ramirez waves the swat team away from it.(edited)
It is pretty easy to avoid it if you know its there.
....I feel a headache . Charlie I think someone is playing with something they REALLY shouldnt. On a side note I hate timetravel
Charlie says to Seleni via comms "I want you to tell me what you see in there so I know what's happening. I'll also be using scanners from our ships above to see what's going on."
And the headache that comes with it
They also see the other trap that Seleni disabled.
The wires
"Seleni, knife again."
(nope; you guys have your memoeries)
(Everyone inside the building has thier memeory)
"I'm pretty sure I was about to die a few moments ago.." Seleni says, weirded out.
Charlie says to Scott "I don't know what you mean, we just got here."
Ramirez waits near where the figure had appeared.
Scott poofs to ned and gets some toys started for the team(edited)
Seleni throws the knife at the wires again.
The being approaches looking at them confused "Foolishness?" he just replies staring at Ramirez?
As the group seems to be getting something happeened everyone aims at the guy
Before scott poofs back to the planet he checks the watcher network to look for signs of timetravel around the planet he was on....and adds a sub routine if there is to warn him of the fact in case of resets
Combined attack is twice as effective +10 to the roll
The group finish off the strange being.
It seemed like some alien inside of power armor
as they pass the body
The group soon arrives at the stairs and somehow they have comms again.
Ayasha asks for an old style phaser to be beamed in.
"This is weird." Seleni remarks as she continues to take point.
Ayasha comments. "Someones twisted idea of a puzzle."
Remi sends a message to the scientist on the cityship explaining what just happened. There initially was no response.
remi shrugs inside her suit. "Indeed this is some like... welll... something out of one of my anime... just more wicked."
The scientist forwards ti to scott but starts investigating the time distortion
"What the Hell have you people signed me up for?", Ramirez says his armor now spattered in alien goop.

They detect a massive surge in the senter of the second floor

Kirin wakes up in a room; he ended up here... SOmehow... He passed out while training in a meditative state and now is here...
"No time. I think this might be their last card they're playing here." Seleni says as she stacks on the door to where the hostages are being kept..

Charlie sends a communication to the communications team and has them direct the message to Kessler to join the fight.
Kessler kicks into gear, grabbing his SMG loaded with plasma rounds and the death gem he borrowed from Jack, which he placed in the stock slot. With a few quick strides he steps onto the transporter pad. "Wraith ready for insertion."
Charlie has the teleportation team send him in directly next to Seleni "Good luck and be ready for traps."

Kessler beams in and readies on the other side of the door as his head is covered by armored plates that slid into a full helmet.

kirin gets up from the floor which is diffrent from were he was at before and heads up the stairs to see a group of people. Ramirez says to the group, "what even just happen and should we even try to go in there again?
As the group gets together and it all ready once Mina puts her hand on the door and pushes it open the field goes back over the building. The second story is a giant sort of almost throne room like place. There is a giant device in the middle with a guy at a console. Four people are tied to the device and two gunmen are standing at each side. Their leader another tall man like they just fought but slightly bigger and gem laden pulls down his robe; he looks like a sort of half monster human... thing... is the best way to describe him. "You foolish trogs... what are you doing here... You should have run while you have the chance... The governor and his pets need to learn their place in teh galaxy as food... you funna let this happpon or you funna die you know" his hands turn into fire as he throws fireballs at them. Remi and Seleni in front the fire hits them and does not damage. "da fuk is dis; cop dun have dis shit... ah... so dem boss are who killad Omerin... You spicy bois eh?"
"Were not boys..." remi said as she gets into a stance with her sword charging the blue gem and the sword turning a frosty blue. the sword becomes an ice weapon.
Ayasha sets the phaser to heavy stun on wide field dispersal.
Kessler raises his SMG as the barrel leaks shadow, "Were the badasses who killed the last guy who thought he was God."
ramirez takes a stance behind the wall with his gun ready to fire at semi out rounds at the guy. kirin tries to say as hidden as possible to asses the situation and what is going on kirin tries to hide in the shadows
His aim moves to the two on the left of the device.
Mina's team aims for the guy on the right. The leader of the enemies says "u dun evun no whut you bois jus unleash... u funna dai..." funnels appear where his hands would be "cum at me bois..."

ramirez asks "remi to hold off for a sec while someone throws a flash bang at them to daze them for a sec if that doesnt work then you can try to do what you can"
Seleni throws two knives at the guy's face to distract him, and as soon as the knives leave her hand she tosses a round object by his feet.
As the flash grenade is thrown and everyone is out there
Mina is temporarily blinded but her team is fine.
One of her guys can actually see better somehow
He attempts to snipe one of the guards bu the bullet is absorbed by the funnel

The leader taunts
The guy absorbing the death gem power form the bullets has a possiblity of being poisioned with death. He must roll above 15 to avoid being poisioned and slowly dying.
The commander is poisoned with death.
Seleni pulls the pin on a flashbang, letting the lever spring free and mentally counts to around 4 seconds before tossing it at the guy as Kessler fires at him at the same time.(edited)
He absorbs the flashbang as it explodes absorbing the explosion with it he gets thrown backwward by the force of physics.
He is absorbed by the strange device
ramirez aims at one of the guys that is near the hostages to see if he can free them
Kessler fires on the henchman on the left with controlled bursts.
As he is absorbed it sarts spinning fast and the guy controlling it looks up. "shit... its going to blow..."
It explodes and...
Everyone appears at the door again.

Kessler looks to everyone, "no nades."
Adams appears.

The boss rushes them activating multiple gems at once.

Ayasha pulls the trigger on wide beam heavy stun.
Seleni overrides her armor's safety protocols and overcharges the servos, charging to one of the guards, kicking him into the wall. Seleni then pivots and tackles the other guard.(edited)

Kessler moves in and begins freeing hostages.
Mina and her team move to secure the hostages after they are freed.
kirin moves over to the machine and tries to see if he can manage to shut it off
Seleni then throws him to the ground, restraining him after removing any weapons he had.
The field around the builidng is gone
The hostages are the governor, his aide, a maid and some poor guy that the terrorists or whatever they are took hostage to get inside.
Ayasha scans the inidividual. pulls out a hypospray, and gives a sedative.
"Thank you for saving me from the... hey what is the meaning of this..." The governor says angerly as the swat team cuffs him.
Charlie comms anyone inside now that he can see "Anyone want to tell me what has been going on?"
Ayasha starts tending to the wounded.
"Portals, Adams, and alien gangsters apparently.", Kessler answers Charlie.
Seleni sits on the mad scientist, taking off her helmet and looks at the machine. "Hey, Remi? What is the SWAT team doing?" she asks.
kirin asks, "if there is anything he could do to help with anyone that might be injured?"
ramirez comes into the room and starts to tending to the wonds to stop anyone that is bleeding
Remi grabs the governor "Actually; we will take him." Mina looks at the still helmeted girl. "Sorry... our job was just recovery." "And he is wanted by the minister of defense... take it up with my bosses..." Remi drags the governor to Ayasha.
All wounded are treated already.
"Do you think I can keep this armor?" Seleni asks Remi, looking at her.
"I think it was made for you..." remi said to Seleni honestly.
Ayasha scans the governor with several passes of the medical scanner(edited)
"That's even better." Seleni says with a smile. "I honestly didn't think I'd stare Death in the face three times today."
He is infected by the bugs.
"Wait you guys did this another time already?", Kessler asks.
Ayasha sends an encrypted copy to the Lavie and to Sarissa before she does anything else.
Once Remi gets contact from centrals computers that he is an enemy. She sends a covert com to the team to immediately have the man taken back to the ship and quarantined.
"Shouldn't we check the others? In case they too were infected." Seleni says to Ayasha.
If she does so she find no one else is infected.
"I'll go prep the shuttle for take off."
Ayasha scans the others and the immediate area.
There is nothing of interest. A man appears in a strange uniform. "I am Commander Archer with the Temporal Security Service. We will secure this device. Trinity. Please head out."
"Once we see ID." Ayasha comments
"Hey Charlie. I need a beam back to the shuttle. Gotta prep the girl for departure.", Kessler says over the comms to Charlie. @vvbudh
Charlie get's Kessler ready to beam back.
"I'm being nice asking; I could just wipe your memory too but I am offering you a professional courtesy..."
"Also, sorry for the late intro, but I'm Murasashi, AI to the giant ass black ship you saw docked on the city-ship," She says to Ayasha as she gets up and hands the guy she was sitting on to Commander Archer.
The timecop grabs the man disappears and then reapppears without him.
Kessler beams back to the ship and after stowing his weapon takes the pilot seat again. He begins prepping the ship.
"Come on... I have a limited time in this timestream..."
he says seeming miffed every second they stay in the room.
"Ayasha Thornton. Wish we were meeting under better circumstances." she said to Sashi
"Hey Charlie you may want to beam everyone else aboard now." @vvbudh
"Well, let's leave the rest to the time police and get out of here." Sashi says, walking out of the room.(edited)

The swat team is basically convinced they solved things and it was easy.
"Welcome back aboard air Ryzka, sorry there are no in flight peanuts."
Seleni heads to her room aboard the yacht.
remi was now out of the suit and was changed into a skirt and sleeveless v-neck shirt as she basically gave Kessler a noogie. "Really... really... "
"Ah cherí you know it's a luxury flight whenever you're aboard.", He said with a smile behind the visor.
"gggrrr! You...... eh... are you hitting on me..." She mumbles glaring at him as she shakes her fist in his direction playfully but then just leaves him to his flying as she goes into the lounge part of the yacht to jsut chill while they traveled.
